# Account and billing

Manage workspace access and HeyCrust subscriptions separately from partner payments.

## Workspace and partner accounts

A workspace owner manages apps and account settings. Authorized teammates have their assigned app and capability access. Affiliate partners use their separate partner experience for memberships, referrals and payout requests.

## HeyCrust plans

The product has Free, Growth and Portfolio plan states. The current published Growth amount is USD 49 per month or USD 490 per year; Portfolio is USD 149 per month or USD 1,490 per year. Check the current billing screen before checkout. The effective plan depends on the subscription status; the Free plan runs one live Flow and paid plans allow unlimited live Flows.

## Payment boundaries

HeyCrust subscription billing pays for platform access. Affiliate transfers are completed externally under the program agreement and then reported for confirmation. Buying a HeyCrust subscription does not fund or execute an affiliate transfer.

## Access and privacy

Manage the appropriate credential in its integration screen, and revoke credentials you no longer use. Use account recovery for a lost sign-in. The authoritative [Privacy Policy](/privacy) and [Terms of Use](/terms) remain available publicly.

## Verify a change

After changing billing or access, inspect the effective billing state or current grants in the product. Contact [support](mailto:hello@heycrust.com) with a reproducible issue, excluding passwords and full private keys.
