Your workspace
The app selector scopes supported reports to the selected app or all apps. Analyze contains Overview, Customers, Events and Analytics. Automate contains Flows. Grow contains Affiliates. Manage apps and Developers contain app setup and integration controls.
Connect data
Connect the Shopify Partner source for installs, subscription changes and transactions. For affiliate listing attribution, connect the relevant listing export or configure the signed backend install bridge. Optional browser activity and backend events describe additional app usage; they are separate from Shopify financial history.
Operate an affiliate program
Create a program, set its commission and payment terms, verify source collection and referral matching, and activate it when its requirements are met. Review partner applications and manual client referrals. Earnings follow saved terms and observed collections, with corrections and refund holds.
Manual payments
Approve an eligible payout, export its details, complete the agreed transfer externally, then report the amount and reference in HeyCrust. The receiving partner confirms receipt. A payment report is not a bank transfer, and a reported payment can still await confirmation or be disputed.
