Use referral links and submit clients
Refer merchants through the correct app program and review claim status.

What you need
An eligible approved membership, verified email and accepted current terms. Manual client referrals must be enabled by the effective program/group/membership policy.
Steps
- Open your program in My programs and copy its referral link. Each app/program uses a separate link; do not replace the referral marker with another app’s URL.
- Use the program/group resources in Resources for current creative and documents.
- Ask merchants to use the complete link before the eligible install. Keep the intended app and permanent merchant domain clear.
- If allowed, submit a client referral with the merchant domain and actual referral details. Inspect its requested/review/accepted state; the owner verifies install and eligibility.
- Track outcomes in Referrals and earnings in Earnings. For conflicts, provide evidence to the program owner instead of submitting duplicate claims.
Expected result
An attributable install or a reviewed client claim. A link click, claim submission or app install alone does not guarantee a payable commission.
Troubleshooting
Check the program’s active state, membership eligibility, terms acceptance, referral window, existing-shop policy and attribution evidence. Export delay can postpone a tracked referral. Ask the program owner to inspect evidence rather than assuming cross-device matching.
Campaign links
In an eligible program choose Create campaign link and enter a campaign name (1–80 letters/numbers/spaces/underscore/dot/hyphen). Existing active links for that membership/campaign are reused. A revoked campaign needs a new campaign name. The redirect records campaign metadata and applies HeyCrust affiliate UTM markers plus the click/claim evidence. Campaigns label the link; they do not change commission terms.
