Manage partners and client referrals
Review membership eligibility and attribution before rewarding a referral.

What you need
An active program for public enrollment, clear terms and a partner’s verified email. Referral and financial review permissions depend on the owner/team role.
Steps
- Share the branded active-program enrollment page or a permitted group invite. Choose manual or configured automatic approval deliberately.
- In Partners, inspect an application, its group, terms acceptance and verification before approving. Promotion requires eligible membership; suspension stops promotion without discarding historical records.
- Use private groups for an internal cohort, resource scope or reward override. Individual rewards and manual client-referral permissions can override the group policy.
- In Referrals, review tracked evidence or a partner’s manual client claim. Verify the merchant/app install and eligibility; a submitted claim is not an accepted referral.
- Accept/reject with the relevant reason, or use dispute/reassignment review when ownership conflicts. Inspect existing liability before changing attribution.
- Share resources/announcements only with the intended program/group audience. Notification creation can result in real delivery.
Expected result
An auditable membership/referral decision with the correct app, partner, terms and evidence. Duplicate or conflicting evidence is reviewed instead of creating two rewards for one eligible referral.
Resources and invitations
Use the program resource editor for HTTPS creative/document links and optional group restriction. An invite conveys an enrollment offer, not owner access. Uploaded/imported partners must claim their own account before normal verified promotion. See Affiliate account setup.
Troubleshooting
Missing promotion often means an inactive program, unverified email, suspension or unaccepted current terms. Missing claim controls can reflect the effective program/group/membership policy. An existing-shop referral may be ineligible under the saved terms.
Program logo and resources
In Program details and logo, upload an appropriate PNG program logo up to 2 MB. Review the public program view after saving. Resource entries use a label, HTTPS URL and optional private group restriction; confirm intended partners can see the current links.
Announcements and delivery history
Open Partners → Announcements, choose the program and optional group, then enter subject, message and optional HTTPS link. Preview the exact content and eligible audience counts. Editing invalidates the preview; expired previews need a fresh one. Send this announcement queues real delivery to eligible verified partners. Opted-out/ineligible accounts are excluded; transactional payment/security/contract notices remain separate. Inspect resulting counts and notification/delivery history. A queued item is not confirmed delivery.
