Plans and subscription billing
Understand current platform pricing and live-Flow limits.

What you need
Owner access to Billing. Checkout/portal actions operate the HeyCrust subscription, not merchant Shopify billing or affiliate transfers.
Steps
- Open Billing and inspect the current plan/status before changing anything.
- Choose the offered monthly/yearly plan and review the checkout amount before completing it. See the current amounts below.
- Use the billing-portal action for supported payment-method, invoice and subscription/cancellation management.
- Recheck the effective plan after a billing change.
active,trialingandpast_dueretain the saved paid-plan entitlement; other states fall back to Free. - Review live-Flow usage before moving to a plan with a lower allowance. Drafts and live activations are different operations.
Expected result
A platform subscription state and effective plan matching the saved billing status. HeyCrust subscription billing does not fund an affiliate payment account.

These are HeyCrust plan amounts and implemented live-Flow limits, verified on 7 October 2026. Checkout is the place to review the actual purchase. Do not infer an MRR-based free threshold or additional plan gates from this table.
Affiliate rewards and manual payout policy remain the separate program contract.
Troubleshooting
If checkout/portal is unavailable, record the safe error and contact support; do not create a second subscription blindly. A pending cancellation can retain entitlement until its actual effective billing status changes.
